HOW APARTMENT LOCATORS ARE PAID

Our Service is FREE to you and there is NEVER a charge passed on to you for our locator services and our service will not affect any Specials we find or the monthly rent you pay. In fact it is just the opposite as our professional services can help you discover significant savings by our ability to price and interact with nearly all properties in any given area. As independent Apartment Agents we are under contract with nearly all DFW area Apartments and work with over 99+% of DFW Apartment Communities as well as Private Rentals advertised through the North Texas Real Estate Information System (NTREIS).

When we successfully place a new resident at any of the Apartments we represent we are paid a referral commission from the Apartments advertising and marketing budgets. Your only obligation in exchange for our Agency Services is to simply write "Jenee or "Alissa Askins" and "Metro Locators" on your guest card and Rental Application Form. That's all there is to it! Just a little ink!

THE BASICS FOR USING OUR SERVICES

1. Please don't use multiple Apartment Locators or Realtors®. We are a commission only business and if you want to avoid receiving emails and phone calls from numerous locators please only work with ONE. Also please tell your Spouse or Roommate who you are working with and give them our contact number.

2. Please don't use our services then give credit to another Apartment Locator Business who did not do the work. Not only is it unfair but it is ILLEGAL.

3. When you lease please add “MIKE OR JENEE ASKINS” and “METRO” to both your GUEST CARD and RENTAL APPLICATION and then CALL or EMAIL us and let us know that you have found a new apartment home. This is your only OBLIGATION to us for using our Locator Services.

4. One last very important point. Work with us! For you to benefit from our local knowledge and expertise you need to stay in communication with us. Our "Step by Step" process produces excellent results for you when you work closely with us.
