Apartments2go wants to make sure you know that we stand by our generous offer to you. When you choose the Sony Big Screen you can forget about problems for 3 years beyond the manufacturers warranty. Sony products have some of the best reliability available but just in case we are providing this extended coverage as part of our Big Screen offer.

Because this product is purchased from an authorized dealer, your product comes with a full factory warranty. Some of us have had the misfortune of having our electronics fixed outside of the manufacturers warranty period and found it to be a rather costly experience. In an effort to ease your fears and provide the best possible service in regard to this event, we offer the ability to extend the products warranty from one to five years. This extended service is good anywhere in the US, Puerto Rico, US. Virgin Islands. The service is completely insured, has no deductible charges, covers parts which not even the manufacturers do (i.e. remote controls and more), has a no lemon policy, and no trip charges on TVs. To make this even more palatable, at the expiration of the extended service, we will refund 50% of the purchase price of the extension if your unit has not required service. It is the only insurance policy we know of that will give you half your money back in the form of a merchandise credit for being accident free instead of reducing the price when you renew your insurance.
