WHY WE MOVE BY TIME

We have found that you get the best deal when you contract moves by the hour. Some Locator sites may try to offer to move itemized items so that you will always have more stuff so they can "nickel and dime" you to charge extra. Our experience has shown us that these moving times (indicated above) should be plenty if you are packed and ready to go. Furthermore, the movers can schedule better when they have a time limit.

When you complete our Online REBATE or FREE MOVE FORM we will email you a LIST of APARTMENT MOVERS you can choose from. We will have the MOVER contact you and provide you with a Total Cost. The MOVERS will contact us and we pay them directly based upon their guaranteed estimate to us. If we are close on cost we cover the entire move, even if it goes over slightly. If there are any charges to you we will discuss them with you BEFORE YOU MOVE. AGAIN Apartments2go is NOT PAID any referral fees from any of the MOVERS we refer to you. We price these movers to provide the most beneficial and cost effective services to YOU.

Terms and Conditions

1. To be eligible for a Rebate or Free Move, 'Metro-Apartments2go' must be listed on your Guest Card and Rental Application where you lease.

2. YOU MUST CONTACT US by EMAIL or PHONE (972) 529-2394 after you APPLY or make APPLICATION and before you move in or fill out our convenient on-line FORM.

3. Free Moves or Rebates do not apply to Short Term Leases or House Leases.

4. All Rebates and Free Moves are dependent upon Broker being paid a referral commission.

5. Cash Rebates are mailed out within 1 week of Broker receiving a Referral Commission.

6. Rebates are Calculated based upon Commission paid to Broker and not upon Market Rents.

7. You may use one of several independent contractors on our list to provide Free move services to move you or you can receive a cash rebate directly from Metro once the commission is paid.

8. By accepting a FREE MOVE or CASH REBATE you agree to honor the terms of your lease agreement and or be liable for any charge backs we may be required to pay as a result of terminating your lease early.

9. By Law, Rebates or free moves may be subject to the permission of the property and you will assist Metro in obtaining permission where required. Rebates or Free Move services are offered for Apartment leases only of 6 months or longer. If consent of the rebate/free move service is required by law or contract by the property and not given, Metro is not obligated to offer free move or rebate. If the apartment community withholds a commission for any reason, Metro is not obligated to offer free move or rebate.

10. You agree to hold Metro harmless of any liability for damages to persons or property caused by contractors used to provide Free move services.

11. Should Free Move or moving assistance allowances and/or Rebates may not be permitted by some DFW Apartment Communities. A $50 Dollar Gift Card of your choice per applicant will sent should a Rebate or Free Move be expressly forbidden by the Apartment you selected. Be sure to consult with your Apartment Locator about the apartment you want to lease for their policy on Rebates and Free Moves.

By accepting a locator Free Move you agree to assume full responsibility and liability for any and all damages that may result. Consult your Renter's insurance Policy or Moving Company for insurance coverage's if any.

* Any Apartment Locator Business is limited to the move they can provide based upon the commission being paid and the amount of and type of personal items you need moved. Totally Free Apartment Moves are based upon being within 25 miles from your current residence and being able to complete your Apartment move in under 2.5 hours for a 1 Bedroom Apt, 3 Hours for a 2 Bedroom Apt, and 4.5 Hours for a 3 Bedroom Apt. Other cost restrictions are based upon your personal items and can vary. Approximately 90% of Metro-Apartments2go moves are 'Totally Free.'
